I've been working in the construction industry my entire life.  I began my journey as a teenager at my family's trucking and excavating company over 25 years ago.  It was the proving ground where I developed the work ethic, drive, and many of the skills that I've carried with me throughout my career.  Content with my fill of the mud and the dust, I set my sights higher and left the family business to blaze my own path.  I became a licensed general contractor and spent the next 10 years providing residential building services to NE Wisconsin.  As life changed and my own family grew, I made the decision to step up into the commercial general contracting world and have spent the past 10 years there.  From humble beginnings... to managing multi-million dollar developments, I've been so very blessed to work on some incredible projects, with some incredible people.  Although work these days typically has me tied to the office, I still look forward to putting the tool bags back on every once in a while and getting my hands dirty again!
